Konica Minolta First Launched The 5th Generation of High Chroma Digital Production Printer “AccurioPress C84hc” in Thailand and ASEAN

On 13 February 2024, Konica Minolta Business Solutions (Thailand) Co., Ltd. launched the latest High Chroma digital production printer  “AccurioPress C84hc” under the official launch event “The Rising of VIVID CMYK”  at Konica Minolta Business Solutions (Thailand) Headquarters which was the first launched in Thailand and ASEAN. Representatives of  media are invited to attend this event, along with allowing all printing entrepreneurs to experience and test the efficiency of the latest digital production printer closely on 15 – 23 February 2024.

Konica Minolta is named market leader that achieved the #1 market share in the Colour Light and Mid Digital Printer Segment in Thailand and ASEAN*. In addition to the conventional CMYK production printer, Konica Minolta provides a digital production printer that uses High Chroma Toner technology, also known as the Vivid CMYK production printer  which results in the print color closest to the original artwork. High Chroma technology was first introduced in 2009 under the product named “bizhub PRO C65hc” and became one of Konica Minolta’s flagship products. This year, the revolutionary High Chroma digital production printer entered the 5th generation with the announcement of the latest model “AccurioPress C84hc”. 

In the conference session, Ms. Sutida Jamreugjang, Marketing & IT Division Manager of Konica Minolta Business Solutions (Thailand), described the exclusive High Chroma technology from Konica Minolta that expresses a wider CMYK color gamut and extends the brightness of light blue, green, pink, purple, and magenta colors. Comes with the latest smart image controller, the IC-317 Fiery which acts like an intelligent computer in processing and adjusting print quality including density gradation improvement, and neutral grey balance which results in the print color being closest to the original photo or artwork on design programs.

On top of that, there was an “AccurioPress C84hc” demonstration and print comparison between the CMYK production printer and the Vivid CMYK production printer so that attendees could see the difference in the print color. The AccurioPress C84hc launch event received great feedback from representatives of media. They were impressed with the new generation of production printers that will solve the color consistently and meet the needs of the printing production business perfectly.
