IT Helpdesk and Remote Desktop Service is the IT consultancy, problem solving via phone, remote and onsite service by expert staff. You can select a package that suits the budget and organization size which can help you control costs and enhance work efficiency for your organization.
• The service is covered by the following details,
✔ Install drivers for computers and printers.
✔ MS Office, Adobe Reader Install software such as MS Office and Adobe reader or other.
✔ Backup data via network.
✔ Setup email both IMAP and POP3; incoming and out going.
✔ Setup network printers and sharing printers.
✔ Setup file sharing servers.
✔ Identify a particular problem on computers, printers and networks.
✔ Troubleshoot computers and networks.
A problem consultation via phone.
An Online service through the Remote desktop program.
Providing consultation and problem solving at customer’s workplace.
• The company provides a monthly basis service under 1 year contract without onsite full-time staff given.
• Service hours:
Monday – Friday
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with a break of an hour (12:00 noon – 13:00 p.m.)
(Except company’s holidays)
• When customer has purchased any package of IT Helpdesk and Remote Desktop Service, customer can purchase an onsite service at a special price.
(Service area: Bangkok, Samut Prakan, Nonthaburi and Pathum Thani)
▸ Regular Onsite Service The service will be available within 4 business hours after the purchasing order is confirmed.
▸ Urgent Onsite Service The service will be available within 2 business hours after the purchasing order is confirmed.
• In case of receiving the service request before 8:00 a.m., the requested time count will be started at 8:00 a.m. or in case of receiving after 5:00 p.m., the requested time count will be at 8.00 a.m. on next business day. If the service staff can’t provide the service on a specific day, the service time will be uncounted.
