IT Helpdesk and Remote Desktop Service is the IT consultancy, problem solving via phone, remote and onsite service by expert staff. You can select a package that suits the budget and organization size which can help you control costs and enhance work efficiency for your organization.
• The service is covered by the following details,

 Install drivers for computers and printers.
 MS Office, Adobe Reader Install software such as MS Office and Adobe reader or other.
 Backup data via network.
 Setup email both IMAP and POP3; incoming and out going.
 Setup network printers and sharing printers.
 Setup file sharing servers.
 Identify a particular problem on computers, printers and networks.
 Troubleshoot computers and networks.

Call
A problem consultation via phone.

Remote
An Online service through the Remote desktop program.

Onsite Service
Providing consultation and problem solving at customer’s workplace.

• The company provides a monthly basis service under 1 year contract without onsite full-time staff given.

• Service hours:
Monday – Friday
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with a break of an hour (12:00 noon – 13:00 p.m.)

(Except company’s holidays)

• When customer has purchased any package of IT Helpdesk and Remote Desktop Service, customer can purchase an onsite service at a special price.
(Service area: Bangkok, Samut Prakan, Nonthaburi and Pathum Thani)

Regular Onsite Service  The service will be available within 4 business hours after the purchasing order is confirmed.

Urgent Onsite Service  The service will be available within 2 business hours after the purchasing order is confirmed.

• In case of receiving the service request before 8:00 a.m., the requested time count will be started at 8:00 a.m. or in case of receiving after 5:00 p.m., the requested time count will be at 8.00 a.m. on next business day. If the service staff can’t provide the service on a specific day, the service time will be uncounted.
