Job Description

  • Responsible for networking and software to support to field engineer for escalation support
  • Provide a 2nd level support and also communicate with higher level on oversea to support field engineer

The typical daily tasks of a networking and software support:

  • Provide the training to engineer for new service systems as selling to customers
  • Hardware and software support are related to servers, printers, computer workstations, etc.
  • User accounts, permissions and passwords
  • Overseeing security of all systems, especially the networking system
  • Working together with customer IT admin for fixing network faults
  • Printer server install and upgrade the new path for bug fixed
  • Supervising helpdesk staff
  • Helpdesk support for people using who is call for service request
  • On the job training for field service escalations
  • Information update and sharing to field engineer
  • Maintain the KPI to achieve the target


  • Bachelor degree major of Computer Engineering, IT, Electronic and Communication or related fields
  • Age 22-35 years old
  • Experience for IT and MFP variants 2-5 years
  • Depth knowledge of technology
  • Good English language for reading, speaking, and writing
  • Good problem solving
  • Good organizing and multitasking
  • Able to explain technical problems
  • Work well with people
  • A dedication to continually update knowledge
  • A clear understanding of the employer’s particular systems
  • In depth knowledge for network types (LAN and WAN)
  • Able to work in other provinces for few time

  • CompTIA Network + Certification
  • MCSA
  • MCSE
