Responsibilities

To provide manages and directs staff in the planning, development and maintenance the operation of service and technical support for customer to achieve the department objective

  • To supervise technician, together with assign job and coordinates to solve any critical technical and procedural problem
  • Manage and implement technical support operation job
  • Give the best solution to customer and plan for prevention the problem
  • Train and develop technicians, as well as manage their job quality

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as related
  • Good command of English both spoken and written
  • Leadership skill
