To provide manages and directs staff in the planning, development and maintenance the operation of service and technical support for customer to achieve the department objective
- To supervise technician, together with assign job and coordinates to solve any critical technical and procedural problem
- Manage and implement technical support operation job
- Give the best solution to customer and plan for prevention the problem
- Train and develop technicians, as well as manage their job quality
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience as related
- Good command of English both spoken and written
- Leadership skill
