Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Application support for user
  • Provide troubleshooting, assist users related to business applications
  • Resolve inquiries and issues from user in a timely manner; communicate resolution effectively
  • Monitoring and handle incident ticket operation
  • Evaluate issues and escalate to senior team member or department member if additional expertise or assistance is needed
  • Collaborate work with other teams, departments and divisions with issues pertaining to applicable Business applications
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of MSSQL database and able to query data
  • Summarize and reporting incident or issues following the schedule time
  • Conduct user training session
  • -Develop user guide documents, FAQ, and related documentation

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or any related fields
  • Required application support experience 3-5
  • Able to work under pressures
  • Good Knowledge in Microsoft platform and Microsoft Office program
  • Basic knowledge in MSSQL databases and able to use query syntax
  • Strong analytical and problem – solving skills
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced, technical environment
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills, service Mind
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude
