Responsibilities and Duties:
- Application support for user
- Provide troubleshooting, assist users related to business applications
- Resolve inquiries and issues from user in a timely manner; communicate resolution effectively
- Monitoring and handle incident ticket operation
- Evaluate issues and escalate to senior team member or department member if additional expertise or assistance is needed
- Collaborate work with other teams, departments and divisions with issues pertaining to applicable Business applications
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of MSSQL database and able to query data
- Summarize and reporting incident or issues following the schedule time
- Conduct user training session
- -Develop user guide documents, FAQ, and related documentation
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or any related fields
- Required application support experience 3-5
- Able to work under pressures
- Good Knowledge in Microsoft platform and Microsoft Office program
- Basic knowledge in MSSQL databases and able to use query syntax
- Strong analytical and problem – solving skills
- Ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced, technical environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills, service Mind
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude
